Safety latch and added chain were VERY POOR qualit

Even after returning 4 times to Macy's 34th St, and having silver bracelet sent for repairs to its clasp and adding their safety chain, it was returned to me each time poorly done with a cheap small chain and a clasp that still kept opening. Very disappointing!!
