clasp unexpectedly opened on its own

I purchased a diamond tennis bracelet, and while wearing it normally, the clasp unexpectedly opened on its own. The bracelet fell off and was lost. This happened very shortly after delivery, and I believe it’s a product defect rather than normal wear.
