Poor clasp design

The bracelet is beautiful! However, the clasp is poorly design. It fell off my arm as I was walking out of Macy's door. I immediately returned it.

Manufacture problem

Beautiful bracelet! However there is a manufacture problem with the lock! I lost my first bracelet thinking it was my fault . Some how it fell off my hand … bought a second one and didn’t event take it out the case and the lock was off.
