Macys Quality Service has Been Totally Degraded!

I am utterly perturbed by Macys lack of reliability. I ordered a cross body bag for my daughter’s birthday 🎉 two weeks in advanced. It said delivered, but I never received the item. Called CS only to be told it went back to the warehouse? How? I severed changed my address! Another item made it on the same order, but the other didn’t? Item now out of stock! So disappointed in Macys shipping services! Need to find a new place to shop!
