Defective

I purchased these hiking boots knowing the Reva brand and size and was not worried about the purchases being deemed “final sale.” Upon receipt it was obvious these boots had been returned. Not only was the packaging in disarray, but the insole had been removed from the left shoe. Upon trying them on it was apparent these left boot had a defect under the ball of my foot. I too removed the insole again, but couldn’t find where the bump I felt was coming from. Not being able to return defective shoes is a huge loss for me. Beware
