I rarely write reviews, but had to give feedback on this backpack. I travel a lot for work and prefer to pack light and not check bags. More and more, planes are running out of overhead space and forcing passengers to check spinners, especially internationally. I decided to find a backpack that could handle everything I need for under seat storage or at least accompany an 18” spinner that can be stored more easily overhead. This bag does the trick. This carry on has several pockets to store personal and professional items required for business travel. I just took a 3 night trip and it held all of the clothing and toiletries I needed, plus a laptop, tablet, chargers, medicine, and a flat iron!! I’m blown away! It is very comfortable to carry and the straps do not dig into my shoulders, even when heavily loaded. I’m so pleased with this purchase and highly recommend for others like myself who try to pack smart and travel light.

Good Bag/Bad Strap
I like this bag. Unfortunately, the strap is terrible. I’m looking for a different strap to use because the one it comes with is really hard to deal with. I’m tall and big and it just doesn’t work for me.
