Not good.

Macys sells a lot of nice things but this isn't one of them. Too much plastic and not enough metal. It has all the functions of a more expensive product, problem is they don't work. Buy something nice. Something nice might cost a little more but remember you get what you pay for,

Bad choice

Worst coffee pot I have ever had... would have returned but I destroyed the box. Leaks all over and doesnt finish making the coffee.. The water stays in the filter container and never does goes to the coffee pot... then on another day, it will make coffee... I do not recommend this one at all!

Broke

Bottom of glass carafe broke from the heat on the very first use. No wonder this went on sale and not available anymore. They should reimburse everyone who had a problem. I didn’t open the box and use it until now Sept. 2022, so I can’t return it. I should’ve used it right away so I could see how cheap this was and returned for my money back. What a rip off.
