Lovely Ring

Ring is beautiful. Only downside to me was the delivery method. It was left at my door without a signature needed and it was hard ro track because the delivery date range was very big (4 weeks plus is all they said).

Terrible customer service and not standing behind

Ordered a ring for my anniversary. Said it would be delivered in 3 to 6 business days so I ordered it because it was enough time. 9 days later it is still in process and not going to be delivered in time. Customer service is no help at all and won't help because even though the account is in both our names but the order was in hers they wouldn't help unless she was on the phone and I told them it was a surprise. I am considering canceling my card and not dealing with Macy's ever

Wedding band so so

Every single ring that I bought at Macy's came with a tag showing the original listing price except this one!! This ring came with three tags but NONE had any price ($) printed on any of the tags. Bottom line, the feedback I received was: it is a nice ring , not a BEAUTIFUL RING.
