Broken on arrival

Some of the dishes were broken on arrival, unsure if this was delivery issue but now I’m seeing all the reviews, sounds like a product issue

Dishes delivered broken

I was not pleased with my order. My plates were delivered broken when I opened the box. I emailed my concern and have yet to receive a response.
