Horrible Management Service

I went in two weekends ago to exchange some pants that I bought the week before and the manager on duty did not let me exchange them because I didn’t have the tags. I explained to her that the size says its a 33 waist however it seemed bigger… All I wanted to do is to exchange not refund… she was not budging and honestly had a bit of sour attitude. I’ve been a macys customers for about 20 years… but after this visit I think I’m going to do by shopping online. Maybe this is why they’re closing these stores??? I can tell you, this manager is not helping the issue… Fast forward I took them back this weekend without the tags and refunded the item. Then I went and bought the right size but I ended paying 20$ more for the same pair of pants because they were not on special anymore. SMH… I could not win… maybe its time to close my Macys account and just use my credit card… somewhere else…
