Strange and unflattering fit

I wanted to love this dress. Generally this brand works well for me. The colors are beautiful, but the upper body fit is odd so it blouses and drapes at the outside of each breast. It just looks like too much misplaced fabric instead of the intended softening effect. And the cut of the halter is too deep so as not to be flattering.
