Bad delivery service

It was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago 7 January. They said we have wrong apartment number. What was strange, because I have my address for long time and already had a few items delivered. Than they checked again it I guess, because I didn’t check anything and made delivery on 10 January but!!! They did by leave it , I was at home. I opened them door remotely, but they needed my ID. For what? I can not be at home every day waiting delivery!
