Highly recommended

Salesperson was very friendly and knowledgeable. Bought one in brown and one in white. Great quality. Price was on sale which made it an even better value. Delivery was quick and the guys who brought them in the house and set up in the bedrooms were outstanding and professional.

The bed that never arrived

Do not expect to receive the bed. I ordered it in June 1 and it never arrived. I was told after 10 days of purchase that will arrive September 10 and today I was notified after calling (not having the decency to callme) that it will be October 10. WOW!!!

Flawless white glove delivery

I ordered the white set cause I liked the black accent hardware. What showed up is an all black set. Delivery personnel was awesome. They had carpet and blankets to protect the floors and wore white gloves :) Jerry and William were outstanding partners!

Delivered damaged twice

My husband and I bought a four bedroom set, the bed was delivered with incomplete parts and scratched. One of the nightstands was also damaged and also had to be replaced. We waited a couple of weeks for the replacements only to be disappointed again when the nightstand came out of the box already damaged. Again. Not sure why the warehouse quality control is sleeping on the job but weeks later I still have no nightstand. Other than the delivery and manufacturing issues the one night stand that is not damaged looks nice so far, although next to a king size bed, it looks a little puny.
