Ordered dark brown. Quality is superb, craftsmanship is excellent, compliments my recently purchased Pottery Barn Hudson bed. White Glove delivery is the ONLY way to have furniture delivered. Team was caring, fun, and exceptional. Very pleased with the overall purchase.

I'm so glad I bought the Hedworth Chest. It's a beautiful dresser, high quality, and a good purchase that will last years. Wait for the price to drop, then get the white glove delivery - it will be assembled for you ,and you can also inspect it before they bring it inside.
Excellent Furniture
Took a while to get this dresser but it was worth the wait! Solid construction and quality and Macy's had the best price of anyplace online. Very happy with this purchase.
Two strikes and I am out
I thought this bureau looked so nice when I bought it online. Fortunately I purchased the white glove service, so that they would bring it into my house to get everything set up. The first time it arrived, the bureau was broken in 3 places, so I refused delivery. The 2nd time it arrived it was broken in two places...I didn't consider that to be an improvement. I again refused it. I'm now having trouble getting through to anyone to mark this is a complete return. I no longer want it. I have purchased tons from Macy's for many years and this is the first time that I've been hugely disappointed with the entire process.
Toxic fumes
I would like to know where the "Prop65" ⁶ to air out the furniture. It didn't work. Customer Service offered me a discount, 30% credit. That did not solve my problem. My house has been torn apart for a year. I am beyond angry. My daughter has a rare Genetic disorder, Autism, Epilepsy, Movement Disorders, Sensory Disorders Cognitive Impairment. I am waiting for confirmation for either Lupus or Rheumatoid Arthritis. The furniture is in pristine condition. I want my money back, the furniture out, MANAGEMENT CALL. I was a Buyer and Store Manager for Macy's. We never disrespected the customer. What happened?
Attractiive and Well-Made Dresser
The Hedworth dresser is very good quality and well made. It just arrived yesterday so I haven't used it yet, but the drawers glide easily and the top drawer is lined. The color of the chest is a creamy white and the top piece is a brighter white providing a subtle contrast in color. The dresser is very heavy so unless you have two people to unpack and move it, I would opt for the white glove delivery. That is what I chose, and the delivery went very smoothly with Macys contacting me to schedule a delivery time and letting me know the day before within a two-hour time frame when the dresser would be arriving. I would definitely recommend the Hedworth chest to others. It is quite attractive and spacious!
