It works well, but it's not exactly what i was looking for. I would like a wet dry vac that is easy to use for small clean ups and accidents. The Crosswave is suppose to be cleaned after each use. So it's just as easy as getting out a mop and bucket.

Not as excited as I thought I’d be
Wish it had a light on it, very hard to see if the water/solution is coming out or if you’ve missed a spot

Not worth it
If this vacuum works well until the rubber piece that actually helps throw the water up into it. It starts coming apart really easy so it didn’t last long now at least water all over the floor because I can’t get a new part for it.

I use this product on my tile floors. I like that it vacuums and mops at the same time. I don't like that I can't use it on carpet. The product says multi-surface but not for carpet.

Work fine until the battery died after five months
Battery diet After five months won't charge like just blinks, it worked okay before then

Great little machine
This is a great little machine that works like a charm. I use it for quick spills. I keep this one on the 2nd level of my house always ready to go. Great buy for the price.

Do not Recommend
This machine did not work for my floors. It hardly let out any cleaner and the roller was not nearly powered enough to clean anything.

Best household investment I've made this year!
With a toddler, a dog, and a nurse in the house, keeping the floors clean and sanitized is a priority. My Bissell makes my work a lot easier!
