This is nice!
This chair was pretty easy to put together, only took about 20 minutes total. It's relatively light too. I think getting the zippers right probably take the most work! It's comfortable, too. The recline is very smooth but it's pretty tight when I push the leg rest down. It's pretty compact so it fits in tighter spaces but it's roomy enough for me to sit comfortably laying across it. My daughter really likes it a lot. I will say it's pretty fragile. My cat started poking holes in in the minute she jumped onto it. If you treat it with care, it's a great option!

Ong, this recliner is SO nice!!! It is very comfortable and soft. It fits my room so perfectly. I would definitely purchase this if I didn’t have it.

Never received and Macy won’t refund money because I keep asking y my refund is not posted to my acct.

This was defective however Macy's only gives you the options of things that would be preference. They also do not pick up the chair for the return you have to pack it back up and some how or other get an 89 pound chair into a vehicle and drive to a UPS store to return. This is not customer service. Additionally when purchased we were given one date where we woudl not be traveling - that date came and went and of course it was delivered while we were gone and left in the middle of our driveway. A friend pushed it into the garage for us. If you cannot provide a pick up for damaged goods and you cannot rely on your vendors to keep ship dates then don't sell furniture. I have no means to lift this thing into a vehicle plus it would require a pick up truck and 2 men. Lesson learned.
Looks nice, but that's about all
The chair is very nice, but on the small side. Comfortable to sit in but does not recline back very far, and is very difficult to put back into the upright position.

Perfect short person chair.
