Not delivered

Unexceptionable costumer service!!!! Ordered two pair of shoes, one pair cancelled by Macy’s 3 days later another still in process status !!!! Called costumer service two days ago and been told that will be mailed “tomorrow “ - still no updates , in process status !!!!!

Not a great fit

I wear a 7 1/2 size shoe I like these shoes because of the low heel and the backstrap. The only problem is my foot kept slipping forward, which caused the top of my foot to rub against the shoe by the end of the night, I couldn’t wait to take them off. My sister-in-law with bought an 8 in the same shoe. She has a narrow foot. The same thing happened to her. Her feet were killing her by the end of the night.
