immediate holes one the big toe side

I wear these religiously because I have diabetic neuropathy. some of them, not all.. have either developed a hole on the large toe side or the heal almost immediately. Even tho, im still going to continue to wear them, because the are the ONLY socks that work with my neuropathy.
