Missing five throws

I have been a Macy’s customer for many years, and this is my first time writing a review. I ordered six throws, but only one was delivered. I had planned to give them as gifts to friends, but I was left with just one for myself. By the time I realized the other five throws were missing, it was too late to resolve the issue, and I could not receive a refund. This has been my first unpleasant shopping experience with Macy’s, which is very disappointing. That said, I do love the throw I received — it is beautiful and soft. I just wish I had received all six as ordered.
