i like how well it blends it but the lock jammed. and i cant un stuck it without breaking it.

Garbage
Worked once. Has good style etc. but parts stick won’t release product unusable and can jut return., Waste of $ .
Blender
Product is good works well but the way the package arrived . The box was beat up and not in good shape. If the product didn’t work I would have been very upset.. perhaps screen their drivers better.

Stopped working after 2 uses
I purchased two of these because most reviews were positive. I bought one for my home and one to take on a long term vacation. After the second use, the blade separated from the base. I emailed the company and they never responded. I felt confident that the unit was still OK to use, but after the 4th use, the light came on but the unit would not blend. I tried 3 different outlets just to be sure it was actually the unit itself. I am returning one of them hoping it was a fluke incident. I went directly to the company's website to email them and I am shocked that they never responded.

Willow Countertop Blender
Just received my Willow a couple of days ago. I purchased it because of a few good reviews I read and the fact that the blade is attached, I don't have to take the whole thing apart to clean it, that is a "pro". As for the "cons", I think the Willow is LOUD. It is definitely louder than my Krups and my Nutri-Bullet. The Willow was purchased mainly for my smoothies and the convenience of not having to take it all apart to clean. The directions regarding the "start" button, you can either hold it in or press 2x for continuous blend for 1 min. This morning while making smoothie, pressed the button twice, didn't come on at all. Held it in, it came on. Let it go, it stopped. Pressed 2 x again three more times, it finally came on. But, stopped four times during that minute(?) of blending my OJ, protein powder and honey. Do I think it's a GREAT little blender? Not quite. Adequate at best.
