Defective! In the process of returning to manufacturer. Very disappointed in product & Macy’s. I thought Macy’s would screen their manufacturers better.

Sugift is cheap & defective

Just received my new stand mixer from Macy’s (Sugift) and it’s complete junk. Don’t waste your money or your time. I wish I hadn’t. I do not recommend this product at all - zero stars if I could.
