Beautiful shoe but poor fit.

I was very excited to receive these shoes. I love the look and the quality of the material. But, the fit is completely off. It is a pointed tie so I expected it to be a tighter fit but the right foot feels like a totally different size. I ordered a 12 medium which I have ordered in various styles from Naturalizer with no fit problem. The left foot slips on comfortably but the right foot is so tight. It feels like a 12 narrow. I thought about exchanging for a 12 wide but then the left foot may be too wide. I would like to try another 12 medium but I don’t want to be charged for returning the pair that doesn’t fit.

Extrawide?

I bought this online with high hopes. I have extra wide feet and with Christmas party season coming up I was really excited to wear actual cute heels. While the shoes seem to be well made, within minutes I knew there was no way I could wear them for a party. Even Id have been shocked if these were a wide, nevermind an extra wide.
