Curl Crew Kit is impressive

I was genuinely impressed with this kit! The curlers work really well and feel comfortable enough. I decided to use them with a shower cap so everything doesn't move all over, but the clips are solid and hold it all in place. The extras were a really nice touch — especially the spray-on hair protector, which I now use regularly, and the texture spray adds just the right amount of definition without stiffness. Honestly, the value here is amazing — I got the curlers plus all the extras for less than what the curlers cost on their own. It’s a deal, and it delivers.

Too Hot!

These rollers may be fine if you have longer hair or very thick hair. They are awkward to clasp to your scalp and are very hot and burn as they touch your scalp. The results are minimal.

Great concept, but if you have thin hair, don’t bother buying these…no temperature control so they burn your scalp and they’re too heavy for thin hair

These are very heavy . Very hot be careful with your scalp and ears . I have medium hair did not curl my hair . I ever left rollers for a 1/2 hour . That did not make a difference .

Too heavy, hard to keep on

I have a few Frybar hair tools that I really like. Macys had this hot roller set on sale for around 50% off so I bought them. Just as other reviewers have said, the rollers are heavy! You have to keep head still or they can fall out. You can’t put rollers on vertically or they will fall off. Also they can be too hot on scalp if u put them on a certain way. I’m surprised Drybar hasn’t improved this product. On the plus side…I do like how my hair turns out after suffering thru using them.

Finally!

I’m in my 60’s, and grew up using hot rollers, but since I’ve been getting my graying hair highlighted, my hair just wouldn’t hold a curl - until NOW! These work where many others have failed.

Clips are a neat idea

Clips are a neat idea but they don’t hold hair well. The rollers themselves are very heavy. Wouldn’t recommend.
