Terrible way to conduct business

BAD.. With all of the technology today Macy’s is so behind that they advertise, sell, and take credit card info, of people, then 3-4 days later, just cancel it, never even had this item? Why are you wasting people’s time.

I never received these boots. I have told they would be reshipped 5 days ago. I have yet to receive an email from Macy's with any shipping or tracking information. The 24-48 hour window has closed.

Definitely runs small/narrow

I wear orthotics, so it's always an adventure to buy shoes online--I never know how it's going to go. My feet are narrow to medium width, but I went ahead and bought a wide, and I still couldn't fit my foot and orthotic in the boot. So I can confirm that these do run small. I returned them.

A little tight but not bad

These boots maybe run a bit small? I'm in between an 8.5 and 9, so it's tough to get a correct fit. I ordered an 8.5, and they're a bit tight, if I were to wear these for hours I'd definitely have blisters. So I'm going to try stretching them a bit and that should make them perfect. I really don't want the hassle of returning and waiting for new ones. So I'll figure it out. Otherwise they are very cool and super cute!! They seem good quality!
