Great Performance
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I am very pleased with the performance of this kettle, which heats water very efficiently. The major features (automatic shut off, swivel base, adjustable temperature) are helpful and function perfectly. The only reason I haven't awarded this product full stars is because the top doesn't always open when the catch release button is used. Sometimes, it is necessary to press a number of times before the lid opens, which is a little frustrating in a new product.

Looks good. Lid finicky

Doesn’t have an annoying beep!
Temperature control is easy to use and it doesn’t have endless high pitched beeping which means you can use it at all hours without waking the household.

Excellent except for one annoying problem.
We really enjoy the features of this kettle except for one annoying fault. Sometimes it take two or three pushes to close the lid and on three occasions the lid popped open whilst the kettle was boiling.

Kettle looks fabulous
The kettle works perfectly and we love the little beep when it’s ready so we know when it’s boiled. Looks fabulous in the kitchen too

Looks are better than the works
I bought this kettle about a year ago, it worked well, then a month in, the button on the lid to open the lid to fill with water started sticking. We just learnt to not try an open the lid other than on a solid surface and it would open after about 5 attempts, now it takes up to 10 try's and occasionally I have given up and added the water through the spout. For the money, it is beyond disappointing and so very annoying, my husband wants to throw it away and buy a cheap and cheerful one. Poorest quality of any kettle I have purchased.
