Careless packaging

Mug set was delivered in pieces (broken). There wasn’t an option to do pick up. It was wrapped extremely light with bubble wrap.

Dinnerware order

I ordered a set of Oake clay dinner were which came today except for the dinner plates. They are very pretty however one of the salad plates has a small nick in it and one of the cups is scratched. ( The box was damaged). So I hope the plates are okay.
