Macy's decided to use alternate delivery service (that had no specific delivery instructions from me). I am all set up with UPS (delivery to my closest CVS) and USPS (because they have access to my older apartment building). I feel bad because Macy's will have to eat the cost of this (and I don't have 4 items that were well priced and perfect for my upcoming cruise.
