Love these, my favorite is

Love these, my favorite is blue raspberry and I love putting one in my bottle of water to take to my workouts. They are pretty strong, so one works for me for a fairly big 32oz bottle. I also don’t get headaches or stomach aches like I do with some other electrolytes which I suspect is from the sugar substitutes in those, I am a bit sensitive to them. This one doesn’t bother me though, and I use it at least 3x a week.

I bought these for my daughter to use at soccer. She likes them. The taste takes time to get used to. I think it has a coconut after taste.

Very delicious!

This drink is simple to use and tastes delicious! A great way to feel refreshed and add protein into your daily routine. I struggle with having enough protein and I drink this two times a day. I beats the routine of water when you want something with a little flavor. It’s not too sweet and the fruit flavors are robust. I can’t wait to enjoy different flavors. I received my order very quickly and I am very satisfied with all the products Ive received. I even purchased a new mixer cup to enjoy my drinks. I have already added it to authorship monthly.

I LOVE MY HYDRATION STICKS! I got a free Hydration with an order and I was hooked. It gives you the energy you need without the caffinated sensation and crash. It is light and great before a workout or during the day. I coach PE and I sip my hydration all day for energy!

I liked the flavor of

I liked the flavor of the blue raspberry I received but it was only a sample included in another purchase so I really only had a one time experience using it. From the one time however I did think it helped replenish me post workout.
