Durability
Recently purchased the new Back Home. I had my previous one for over 15 years.. used it often and cared for it Was so I.pressed with the durability of my previous Back Home..I replaced it with the newer version It is so easy to set up. I am a bit concerned that the material seems loose and sags a bit compared to my old one.

Poor durability
Roof top material is not very good, very flimsy. Tears easily. Used only for 2 summers, hinge joints ripped through material. Tent was stored in shed most of the year. Very disappointing for the durability of the material.

Chill for outside
Fits good outside the house. it’s comfort no bugs can get it . It’s to put up. Performance is great . Something to use outside the house so the bugs won’t get you

Buying this gazebo for my camping business

Poor design feature, poor sun exposure fabric
We purchased this canopy for use as a screened in area for our back yard. Yes, it was easy to erect, but in doing so I visualized a design flaw in the skeleton structure that would injure the fabric over time. And this feature did damage the fabric, but only after the fabric was destroyed by exposure to the sun less than a year later.

Disappointed
I enjoyed my gazebo this Summer. When we started to dismantle for winter when a section of the canopy split. It appears to be dry rotted. I live in WV so it would not be like the heat of Florida. I am very disappointed that I’ve had the gazebo for 6 months and this happened. I am further disappointed to read in comments that the canopy can not be purchased separately. However I read in warranty information that canopies have a 1 year warranty. Am I eligible? This was the perfect product for me.

As expected
After the first setup, it is very easy to put up and take down. It was a nice addition to our camping trip. I do wish it were more compact when packed up. It barely fit in our truck due to the length.

Zippers fail
I have owned 2 of these. I use it when camping, about 10 days each year. My only complaint is the zippers. They fail after about 5 years, 50 days total. Can I buy new screens rather than an entire new screen house. Could sturdier zippers be used?
