Noisy tablecloth-like material. Not cotton at all

The material is AWFUL... its not representative of the picture at all. The picture looks like a nice cotton material ( like this same dress in pink floral color that i also have)... If this dress hadn't been on closeout and returnable, it would go back for the " noisy" table cloth feel of the material. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE choice, ENDLESS ROSE
