Flawed necklace and earrings - uneven coloring.

Not sure which necklace set this is about as I bought 2? But the one that has red & black etc pieces is flawed and I am returning it, but got an email from the seller in India that they wanted a picture first - this is the USA and I don't have to PROVE I need to return something. They sent this necklace and did not seem to notice it, but I don't wear flawed jewelry. I ordered several items from this seller and very annoyed that they did not appreciate that.
