Horrible

We ordered the last few pieces to fill the collection of our wedding china. I opened a Macy's card with the intention of becoming a long term customer. The china arrived to us in a damaged and barely taped up box. The china barely wtaoped in bybble tape and thrown haphazardly in the box. Half the Lenox china was broken, the other half filthy and scuffed. I am beyond disappointed. I will be canceling my macys card, they lost a customer over this.
