Customer service unhelpful

The belt was missing from the dress, and customer service said the only option was to return the dress and purchase another one. Would the second purchase have included the belt? That's anyone's guess.

Dress was missing the belt

The dress is pretty and fits well, but the belt was missing when it was delivered (online order). Customer service told me I would have to return the original dress to get one with a belt, but what are the chances the new dress would have the belt attached? And they won't just send me a belt. Disappointed.
