May run big...or not

I am generally a M or L, depending on cut and elasticity. I ordered a L, but probs because there was no M left. It's very cute to me, but it's just toooo big. I thought with the belt I could make it work, but don't like how baggy it looks/feels. have to return and hope to see a M come back in stock. I'm sad about it. I will say, the material is very very thin.
