Same as a cheaper pair of underwear

I just opened the box I ordered and 2 had holes/ripped by the waist. I would see this on a cheap pair of underwear not Polo. I should have saved my money and purchased a cheaper brand.

Poor quality control, inadequate customer service

Package was delivered with the box already opened. The package was supposed to contain 6 pairs but only had 4. 2 of the 4 were unwrapped and appeared to be used. Disgusting and dissatisfied. Customer service gave a $15 credit because the item is 'out of stock' and could not be replaced.

Complain about shopping online

I ordered a box of Polo Ralph Lauren men’s underwear online. There were 6 of them. I just received them today but there were only 5. Where is the 6th pair of underwear? I am really disappointed in Macy’s.

Great

After buying my husband boxers for 12 years I finally found some that are great for work and with all clothing . He said these are super comfortable and don’t ride up when he is working . He moves around nonstop at work, it is very amazing that these stay in place . I will be ordering more of these for him . He is XL and they fit perfect on his big thighs .
