Misleading info to consumers

I ordered online it’s described day & night cream were full size, but I didn’t receive correct night cream size, I called customer service for replacement, and I confirmed with person who have promised to make sure I will receive the correct size to me on 7/13. However, I did not receive the correct again so call again cuz me almost an hour again, I told them this one was incorrect either, I need the full size of the night cream as it’s posted online on product details, I was told the item no longer available, it can not provide it me, they can refund the money to me?? But I have to ship all items back to them?? I told them I wanted the product it’s because my mom’s birthday gift, and I want to keep the product with correct size of night cream as it’s posted on Macy’s, however, they continues making excuses and not send back the correct size, and make me to return the replacement order to them otherwise it will charge me double?? Very bad service & misleading info to consumer, 0 star
