Terrible Service, Terrible Delivery Experience

Beginning to understand why Macy’s is shuttering stores everywhere. Was skeptical of how many options were availabke on Macy’s website, and now I understand why. Most available items are made available through independent manufacturers and warehouses. Macy’s likely has no contact with or inspection of the products on there website. So, buy at your own risk. Macy’s has very little investment in what is being shippex to your house, ir how it gets there. Case in point, I placed an order for this bed on March 6th, and was told it would ship within 2 business days. Received the item on March 1th…or, so I thought. Upon inspection, realized I had received box 1 of 2…no explanation…no further messages from Macy’s, shipper ir Manufaturer. Good luck with customwr service! After using the link provided by Macy’s on the e-mail declaring I had received my item, and speaking to 5 different people, none of whom were based in this country, I was told I could call the following day, and “thank you so much for allowing us to assist you…Is there anything else I can do to help?…”. Laughable. 2 days later I received an email from anothef unknown manufacturer stating that my item was on the way, even though there was no description of what I was receiving. Since I hadnt ordered anything else from anybody, I hopex this waz box 2, but had no way of knowing. After ghe item sat in Illinois for 4 days, inexplicably, I finally receivex the box, and while I havnt inspectex it, I assume it is what I ordered. Frankly, the wholexperience was so frustrating, I dont even care anymore. Macy’s, I am certain I’ll never order anything from you again. I usex to actually appreciate Mact’s products and service. I dont know what happened to your business model, but it appears non-existent. Good luck, you are going to neex it!
