Beautiful but cut super small!
I normally have plenty of room in a 10 or 12, but even the 12 was extremely tight! There is NO give in this jacket or pants. It is a beautiful outfit! Sizing is WAY off!!!! Size up two times! Unfortunately, it was no longer available for me. I am keeping it, though, but will need to lose 20 pounds to get into my normal size with this outfit. The jacket and pants ran the same way! Whoever designed this for DK messed this one up! I am disappointed! Only buy if you size up at least two times, especially if you have any hips at all.
Size up
Saw the jacket in the store but the tailored cut was too tight in the shoulder and sleeves. I ordered the pants. I ordered a size up from my usual size 14. Still the waistband is too tight. the pants fit just above the ankle. They would look better as a full length trouser. I am just not hopeful with Donna Karen items. While the items are usually note worthy, even on sale they are still pricey. The amount of work required by a tailor to make the garment fit makes most of her clothing a NO for me.
