Disappointed

I’ve always loved Carter’s. My baby has worn their clothes since day one — great brand, I thought. But now? Terrible experience. I bought a Little Planet outfit, washed it once — ONE TIME — and the stitching came loose. I went to the Tustin, CA store, and they just kept repeating, over and over, “can’t return, can’t resell.” No care, no feeling, nothing. Sad! Carter’s used to be about families and quality. Now it’s all about money. Very disappointing — a total letdown.

I’ve always loved Carter’s. My baby has worn their clothes since day one — great brand, I thought. But now? Terrible experience.
