poor construction
I love the color and looks but thats all. Poorly constructed. The seat foam flattens and its actually missing in the arms. You feel the wood frame. Such a shame.
FRAUDULENT
bought Myars 91" Sofa and 69" loveseat. color is Charcoal from Stonebrier center Frisco TX. t's delivery process was so ugly. Found next morning that WRONG color, shorter length than floor model that I ordered. I received 88" sofa and less 67" loveseat. After long talk and many times, Macy promised I think five times that will be sending same as floor model, but sending wrong ones three times. From start when I selected those sofa and Loveseat,Macy new clearly that they don't have floor model at all. Macy asking me accept downgraded one or cancel order(because I refused accept bad ones) Fraud Cheat intentional lie...... I can't load my photo because file size is large.
Perfect choice for our family room.
We love the rich look of a leather couch. Unfortunately, many stores offer seating that is not genuine leather but a composite that eventually wears away. This couch is sturdy and made of quality leather that will last for years. It is a handsome addition to our warm fireplace and library- family room.
Does show immediate use
We are enjoying this furniture, but it definitely shows its use. The leather is soft and shows stretching where you have sat on it, even after a couple of weeks. If you like leather that shows that, this is a good match. It looks soft and lived in. If you are looking for leather that holds its shape, maintaining firmness, this is definitely not a match for you. The weakest point is the arms. Don’t let the kids sit on them. They are poorly padded. That said, the leather is rich and supple. I was disappointed in the sales person who was not honest with me about this wear factor when I asked her about the reviews I was reading. People have complained about this before. I am giving a moderate rating because I am just not sure how things will turn out over time. The pieces could look beautifully soft and comfy or stretched in high use areas and not in others. I am hoping for the first.
Horrible delivery service
Would not purchase furniture again simply because delivery service was not as promised. Spoke with everyone from original salesperson(wonderful), to furniture customer service, to delivery manager. All assured they would talk to person at next level and get back with me. Only salesperson did. Ended up having to hire someone else to take from garage into house.

The furniture we bought is made so well. Glad we bought the couch and loveseat.
Brown leather
We love the chocolate leather sofa and chairs, very comfy. The only thing we failed to check is if the cushions were removable and they are not
Bad construction design
We bought this couch almost 1 year ago. Do not buy this couch. The wood frame piece that goes in the front where the back of your knee rests on has zero cushion. The padding seat is cheap and lower than the wood frame so you feel the wood piece. Also the arm rests wood frame have zero cushion. I called macys and they sent the QC guy to come and inspect a brand new couch. He did a visual inspection and turned the couch around to get a #. He then called macys on my phone, spoke to the rep and gave his credentials, and said I have to go, and left me on the phone talking to the rep. He literally slipped out of the front door while I was talking to the rep. The mfg is either paying him for every complaint he declines. Either way the couch is a bad design. Looks good but it’s meant to sit on and it’s a bad design. The people posting that they love it must be from the manufacturer. Macys offered a zero return credit to keep the couch but it’s not worth it.
