Correct packaging but wrong pillow. Disappointing.

Ordered down, got polyester. Buyer beware. Customer service is sending a replacement and my guess is that another polyester filled pillow will arrive in 7 days.

Disappointment!

I was excited to take my pillows home. The pillow covers were a disappointment. It was so stiff felt like copy paper! Why would Macys label these pillows Hotel Collection, I don’t understand. Please go back to the same manufacturer from years before when Hotel Collection held up it’s name.
