Macy's own brand is misleading as if the items have any super quality where in fact they are just dressed up cheap products. The pillow I bought (and returned) had nothing special to offer. 8 bought the firm one but it went flat like any other cheap pillow. So why pay so much??

All goose down and very soft and light.

Low density
I purchased the medium density king pillow. I was surprised to find out that it barely even filled out my pillowcase. While sleeping on it, it gets very flat. I expected a little bit more for the price. I will try the firmer density to see if it’s any better.

This pillow is extremely soft. I own several for years now and it’s still nice. I have washed it with care. Love it more than the much more expensive brands at Macy’s.

It has never shipped and it has been impossible to reach a human being at Macy's to report that fact. Hopefully their robots will be able to find it in their warehouse and get it on the way.
