Bad customer service and policy

Very unhappy with Macys customer service. cancelled this order within 24 hours decided they would clash with the floors. Macys has our card with the charges on hold for 10 days so I was not able to order a needed mattress without increasing my limit. No interested in doing that. Not the first time I have had trouble with customer service. Explanations do not make sense. Stacy at the Yakima store was very helpful and did her best to help us.

Terrible shipping

Getting the chair was a terrible experience. I received shipping information from Macys but it was never correct from the day I ordered the chair. The chair was scheduled to arrive on a Tuesday, about 10 days after I ordered it. Several days after the targeted delivery date, the chair finally arrived. The shipping information on the website never changed. The website showed my delivered several days earlier. I could list several other issues about their shipping problems, but the bottom line is, Macys shouldn't ship furniture to customers until they fix their problems. Once the chair finally arrived it was in great condition. I would rate the chair a five but until Macys fixes their problems I won't purchase furniture from them again.

Comfy and stylish

Just happened to see a sample sitting sadly on the floor at the San Leandro Macys. I liked the look, sat down, and was sold. So comfortable. My living room space is small so hard to find a comfy chair that doesn't have a gigantic profile. This is it and it fits pretty nicely. I am happy with the purchase. Just note, it is a heavy chair. And I guess that is good too.

9 months in & still love this chair!

I received this chair in August 2022. We absolutely love it. It’s very comfortable, stylish, and goes with our modern home style. We get compliments all the time on its appearance as well as comfort. It doesn’t get the most traffic but is sat on once a day and still looks perfect.
