Deeply Disappointed – Why Discontinue a Perfect Pr
I am beyond upset and disappointed that Kiehl’s has decided to discontinue the Gentle Hair & Body Wash. This was the only product that worked for my daughter’s delicate hair and sensitive skin. I’ve tried countless alternatives over the years, and nothing came close to how well this product worked for her. Shame on whoever made this decision. Why take away something so many parents trusted and relied on? This wasn’t just a bottle of wash, it was peace of mind, knowing I had something gentle, safe, and effective for my child. I truly don’t know what we’ll do now. Kiehl’s, please reconsider. You had a product that worked perfectly. Why fix what wasn’t broken?

WHY WOULD YOU DISCONTINUE THIS????
This was the best body wash and shampoo and the ONLY thing that has worked for my sons sensitive skin. WHY would you discontinue it. So dissapointed.

It has Fragrance
I’ve been using Kiehl’s for over 10 years (for myself) and have thought they are a reliable and reputable brand, but when I got this shampoo for babies, it shows that it has perfume/fragrance! How could such a big company being so ignorant to include fragrance in baby products? That’s just disappointing and disgusting.

Fresh and gentle
Gentle and non irritating. Reminds me in scent and soft effect on the hair of baby Mennen shampoo from my childhood.
