Great size..

If you’re looking for a smallish sofa this is a nice option. I love the chaise feature without the bulk of a larger sectional. Well made and attractive, yet firmer than I’m accustomed to and sits a bit higher than I’d like. Three weeks in and I’m mourning the pillowy comfort of my 20+ year old sofa. I do hope with a bit of wear it will soften up. I opted for the Taupe color and it’s perfect, looks so much better in person. Delivery was a breeze and received 8 weeks after placing order.

Beautiful sofa; terrible experience

I ordered this in navy, expecting a 6-8-week wait. 9 1/2 weeks later, they showed up with a navy sofa and a light gray ottoman/cushion. Customer service was no help. I went into the store and was told I would need to wait until the manager came back from vacation and that even if the warehouse did an all-hands-on-deck search for the missing navy pieces, they would “never find them.” Upon return, the manager was kind and quick to respond but told me the missing pieces would be ready for delivery 11 WEEKS LATER! We are now stuck for the rest of the summer with a 3-seat sofa, with only 2 cushions. The sofa itself is a gorgeous piece of furniture. The quality/color of the fabric and the construction of the piece are even better than I expected, and it’s supportive and comfortable. I just wish it was intact. I’m devastated. To be clear, I would rate the product itself 5 stars and would recommend it wholeheartedly. The logistics/experience have been a nightmare. Buyer beware.

Beautiful

I love the color of this couch, the quality of the fabric is a plus and it’s size is just right for my family room. Additionally the height is perfect. It’s so beautiful and attractive that it has brought life to the family room and the Gold color is just stunning. I highly recommend this purchase. This is my third couch purchase and this one is the best . Easy to set up and packaging was awesome

No complaints

I bought this sofa in late 2019, and it is a perfect fit for my space. It is NOT white/off white, it’s definitely cream color. Hold anything white next to it and you can see the difference. Love the chaise and storage part of it. I rotate the cushions monthly-ish so that they stay almost brand new. I also don’t have kids at home, or pets so that plays a big part in the fact that 4 years later it’s still in great shape.

Want a couch that lasts? Don't purchase this one.

I like the look of it, but it didn't last long. The springs under the cushions were worn out within one year. I even tried to put pillows underneath the cushions, but I still sunk into the couch. I ended up having to buy another couch because the warranty only was good for 1 year according to the sales lady.

Crappy mattress

The mattress is a full not a queen. It does not lay flat, but is on an angle permanently and it’s a crappy mattress.
