It’s okay

I ordered this at the same time I ordered another ring during the spring sale. I received the other ring within a week of ordering. However, this ring was processed and shipped out first and was supposed to get to me within 3 days but then all updates just stopped. I waited before contacting Macys to see if they’ll be an update because the item was nearby so I expected an update and nothing. The other ring arrived just in time for me to be able to surprise my mom for her birthday and there wasn’t any update on this order yet. Another week goes by it says order was delayed. I contact Macys and if it wasn’t because I contacted Macys nothing would have been done. So I requested a new one to be sent. I get the ring, it doesn’t look like the picture, as shiny which was a bummer but it’s still fine. The other ring I got my mother was so much prettier I wish I could have kept it but instead I got it in another color so I’m waiting for that one to arrive. Anyways it’s an okay ring. I wear it.

Diamonds go missing

November 2025 she cried loving this ring on our anniverary. February 2026 she cried after realizing diamonds starter to fall out. Macy's will you let us exchange for a new one?

Pretty ring nice sparkle

Ordered it in size 5.5 -- even though my size 6 wasn't available -- because it's pretty and unique. It has a lot of sparkle and a the design makes it look like a more expensive ring than it is (on sale). Unfortunately, the 5.5 was too tight, so I returned it. Hopefully 6 will come back in stock. I can't comment on how well the pave stones hold up over time since I just returned it.
