For a fancy clutch, way to difficult to open.

It is rather difficult to open. I have another one (black) similar to this blue one. They are different brans.

Product pictures are wildly misleading

The initial product pictures for the black clutch are for a completely different clutch. I bought based off of the first 6 product images and if I had looked closer at the listing I wouldn’t have been fooled. The event I’m shopping for is a few months away still but it’s still super annoying to deal with this. I’ve attached a screenshot of what the listing looked like and the bag I received.
