Elated Then Deflated

The delivery and packaging arrived promptly—just several days before Christmas. Quality of snowglobe/music box is excellent. I am disappointed the free Harry & David’s Moose Munch offer was not included in my delivery. It clearly stated it was free with purchase (no requirement to purchase in-store listed).
