Good solid wood bed for the price. Simple assembly but the holes for where the screws connect the slats to the frame benefited from a little drilling first. There was a small area of inconsistent paint on the headboard post but it wasn't enough to request a replacement. I wish the slats had come with a cover, they are a little visible between the front corner and the mattress so we might paint them.
