Radley sectional

After 4 months this sectional was already sagging on the chaise seat. Foam cushion not firm. Macys sent a new cushion but did not cover it with the fabric cover. So now I have to try to squish the very large foam piece inside the fabric cover! I would not purchase again nor recommend.

Great sofa but they are Falsely Advertising Chaise

Like other reviews indicate- the chaise is in fact 61" and not the 64" they advertise. I even had them send a new one to replace our "short" one and it was the exact same size. 3" doesn't seem like a big deal but imagine if your blind date said he was 6'1 but showed up at 5'9'... disappointing ;)

Chemical offgassing odor is unbearable

I regret purchasing the Macy’s Radley 5-Piece Sectional. While it looks great and fits our space well, within hours of delivery, it began emitting a strong chemical odor that has made our main living room unusable for over six weeks now. This is not a mild “new furniture smell”—it’s an overwhelming off-gassing odor that fills the entire room. This has been incredibly disruptive, as this is our primary gathering area in the home. We’ve tried everything: airflow, baking soda, air purifiers, vacuuming, charcoal bags, even setting it out in the hot sun to speed up the off-gassing process. Nothing has worked and the smell hasn’t improved. For a major furniture purchase, this is a tremendous hassle and completely unacceptable. On top of that, the cushions are extremely firm—far from comfortable. While I could potentially adjust to the firmness or hope that they would break in over time, it’s irrelevant because the odor alone makes the couch unusable.

Love the Radley Sectional

I got the chrome beige with a double chaise and the matching ottoman from the Tacoma Macys. We absolutely love it. Dressed it up with different throw pillows. My old Radley lasted over 10 years and it was time for a new one. Really lightens up my living room. James our salesperson and David his mgr was absolutely great to work with. 5 star service!!! Highly recommend. Thank you!

Classic Sectional

I've had my Radley sectional (carmel) for just over a year now. It is wearing very well and has been easy to clean with upholstery spray cleaner (necessary with grands dontcha know!) I do move the pillows every week (they squish down, but if I flip them into different places no permanent squishes). It's not a sexy sofa, more like classic. I'm very happy with it!

Cushions are pancakes after 3 months

I have always loved the Radley and purchased one in 2017 that has held up amazing and recommended this couch to many friends. Unfortunately the quality has gone downhill SIGNIFICANTLY. We bought a new one for our family room that we received this summer and within 3 months the bottom cushions are completely shot. Flat as pancakes and extremely uncomfortable and awkward to sit on. There are only two of us in the home and so it is not even getting much use, wear or tear. I’m so disappointed, we will probably have to buy a new couch within this year. Look elsewhere.

We have had the Radley sofa for 16 years . It’s looking alittle tired now so we are replacing it with EXACTLY TNE SAME ONE ! It has held up sooo well . We are very gentle with our furniture and it has been taken care of .

DONT BUY RADLEY

This couch frame is not the issue. Its the cushions. i had the cpuch for 4 years now. When it first arrived some cushions felt harder then others. 4 years later the cusi9ns both ones you sit on and the back ones are all trashed. Back ones are deformed mostly and too soft and the bottom cusions you sit on are too soft making it impossible to get up of the couch or lay on it across with out feeling the frame touching you at the edges of the cushions. Macys said cusions are only covered for 1 year. What a joke. To replace all the cushions through 3rd party company will cost more then what I paid for this couch. I will never by furniture at Macys again.
