It is so cute!

We love that we can fix two large cups of hot chocolate at a time. It does a great job and it is hot enough. Our other one was just warm. And it is so cute as well!!

Inferior manufacturing materials

I bought this a year ago, decided to surprise my kids with some hot chocolate. the machine fell apart from the inside of the mug the screws fell off and couldn’t fit back on the bottom, the washer fell somewhere in the motor and couldn’t come out. My son tried to fix it but to no avail. Waste of time and money.
